Ancient Secret to Remove Blackheads from Nose and Face

how to remove blackheads

What are blackheads?

What does everyone have, but no one can seem to get rid of? Blackheads. And did you know blackheads are considered a form of acne? If that’s the case, that means almost everyone has an acne problem, because we ALL suffer from blackheads. So, what are they? And why do we get them?

Blackheads are small bumps that appear on your skin, resulting from clogged hair follicles. Blackheads are a mild type of acne that forms on the face, but they can also appear on the back, chest, neck, arms, and shoulders. Which makes getting rid of them even more daunting, since they can appear in so many places.

Blackheads form when hair follicles become clogged with dirt or other foreign substances. But blackheads have even more triggers than just dirt on the face. They can be caused by too much body oil, hormonal changes (such as puberty, menstruation, or even taking birth control), or taking certain drugs, like corticosteroids or androgens. Even eating certain foods can cause them to appear. Dairy products and foods with a high carbohydrate and sugar count have been linked to blackheads.

But don’t despair! Even if it seems like everything can cause blackheads (say it ain’t so ice cream!), there is a simple, all-natural solution to your problem that has been used for years, proving its effectiveness time and time again. Simply follow the instructions below to remove blackheads and you’ll be a new you:

First, create a paste. You will do this by mixing ¾ teaspoon fuller’s earth with 2/5 teaspoon yogurt. Mix together well. Then, apply the paste gently over blackhead area with your fingers. Massage gently into your skin. Leave it on for 10 minutes, and then wash it off with ice cold water.

Yoga Poses for Better Breasts

Underneath all breast tissue is a muscle.  Just like hamstrings or biceps, chest muscles need to be worked and exercised in order to hold their firmness and shape.  Unfortunately, weak chest muscles and outside influences like gravity and breastfeeding, along with significant weight gain or weight loss, can cause breasts to lose shape and sag.
