Terms and Conditions

Geneva Naturals Monthly Giveaways are sponsored by Geneva Naturals. This Giveaway is governed by the following official rules. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules.

 Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older or have parental consent at the time of entry. Entrants must have access to the internet, and a valid e-mail address prior to entry.

Entrants must follow @genevanaturals on Facebook.

Winner  

All eligible entrants will be gathered into a database at the end of the submission period. One winner will be chosen at random each month. The winner will be notified approximately at 12pm EST by email. If the winner does not respond within 10 days of notification, or the prize is sent back as undeliverable, the winner will forfeit his/her prize. If the winner fails to comply with these rules, the winner will face disqualification.

Prize

Win your choice of any single item on genevanaturals.com, excluding bundles and sets. Some items may be deemed unavailable due to stock restrictions, which may require the winner to make a new selection.

Limitations

A prize is non-transferrable. Substitutions or cash equivalent prizes are not permitted. 

Publicity 

By participating, each entrant grants Geneva Naturals the right to use his/her name, likeness, comments without payment or additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
